Solution
It was necessary to develop a video analytics system with intelligent computer vision modules. A web-based video analytics platform was developed. The platform includes: a video surveillance system (receiving video from cameras, an archive) and a number of analytics modules created using computer vision technologies. The video surveillance layer is created on Node.js/Vue.js/PHP. Video Analytics modules are created on Python/TensorFlow
